Free Webinars: U.S. Research Series

FamilySearch began a series of monthly webinars back in April of this year. The focus of those webinars is U.S. Research. These webinars are available to the public for free! All you need is a computer and an internet connection.

Don't know what a webinar is? A webinar is a seminar that is broadcast over the internet. This form of presenting a seminar is much less costly than the traditional, in person method since travel and accommodation costs are not involved. They reach a much wider audience because they can be viewed by anyone around the world. And, since you are watching it from the comfort of your own home, you can do so in your PJs and bunny slippers  if you like.

This month's FamilySearch webinar topic is United States Church Records and will be broadcast on Thursday, August 14 at 6:00 p.m. MDT (that's 5:00 p.m. Arizona time).
